• Technical & Usage Information: device identifiers, app usage patterns, referral analytics, and related metadata.

• We do not handle or store your funds.
• All trades are executed solely through your broker's systems.
• The Company shall not be liable for any financial losses, market risks, broker errors, or third-party system failures.

6. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

• The Company provides signals, tools, and referrals strictly for educational and informational purposes only.
• We do not guarantee profits, returns, or accuracy of signals.
• Users acknowledge that trading involves risk, and all trading decisions remain their sole responsibility.
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company, its directors, officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to financial losses, loss of data, or service interruptions.

The Services are not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors.

8. Jurisdiction & Governing Law
