1.1. The Company does not accept, handle, or manage any trading capital.

1.2. Your capital remains solely in your broker account (e.g., Angel One, Shoonya, Dhan, etc.) connected to the App.

1.3. The Company shall not be responsible for any capital-related issues, profit, loss, or mismanagement by your broker.

2.1. TradeTook is a utility tool facilitating certain features between your broker account and you.

2.2. It is recommended that you keep your trading account open and monitored simultaneously while using the App for confirmation and to avoid malfunctions.

2.3. Your safety and trading decisions remain solely your responsibility.

3.1. The App is free to use. However, certain advanced services or community-based earning features may require wallet recharge or package subscriptions.

3.2. At registration, Users may receive free trial packs. Thereafter, participation in community earnings requires at least six active members under your network, or you may opt for direct recharge packages.

4.1. The App provides free trade signals subject to Clause 3.

4.2. Disclaimer:

• Signals are provided for educational purposes only.
• Signals do not constitute investment advice, recommendations, or tips under SEBI or any other regulations.
• Each signal includes Entry, Stop Loss (SL), and Target levels for educational demonstration of technical analysis, not as actionable advice.

6.1. Wallet recharge is not a fee but a mechanism to maintain profit rotation within the community earning system.

6.2. Example: If you recharge INR 500, INR 300 may be distributed upward in the network, while INR 700 may flow downward to you. Your final balance (e.g., INR 900) is withdrawable at any time.

6.3. The Company shall not be liable for any delays, disputes, or misunderstandings in wallet usage or community distributions.

7.1. Referral earnings operate on profit-sharing among members.

7.2. A portion of profits (e.g., 10%, subject to change for business/community needs) is distributed up to 4 levels in the network hierarchy.

7.3. In case of losses, no deduction or participation occurs.

7.4. This applies only to profits generated through trades initiated via the App.

8.1. The Company, its directors, employees, affiliates, and agents shall not be liable for:

• Any profit or loss from trades (manual or signal-based).
• Broker malfunctions, order mismatches, or third-party errors.
• Technical glitches, delays, or missed orders.

8.2. Users are strongly advised to monitor trades live and act responsibly.

9.1. You agree to use the App wisely, cautiously, and at your own risk.

9.2. It is your duty to learn how to operate the App safely, especially features like single-click trades, trailing SL, and scalping utilities.

9.3. Trading inherently carries risk. You must remain alert and adjust SL/targets as per market movements.

10.1. Live technical analysis sessions are for education and chart study training only.

10.2. They are not intended to provide recommendations, tips, or investment advice.

11.1. The Company is not SEBI registered.

11.2. No services, signals, or sessions provided by TradeTook shall be construed as investment advisory services.

11.3. Any assumption of recommendations is solely the User's interpretation, for which the Company bears no responsibility.
